Milamar Flores Sarcev

IFBB Professional Champion
Milamar is an accomplished fitness athlete, model, gym owner, personal trainer and mother. Milamar and her husband Milos Sarcev were the first husband and wife couple to compete in the IFBB men’s and women’s division Olympia shows the same year.

Milamar is the epitome of female muscle, attraction and perfection and as such, has graced the covers and pages of many magazines as a fitness model.

Being a certified Personal Trainer and having been trained by Milos, Milamar works with each new member of Koloseum Gym offering them a complimentary consultation to prepare a diet and training program to help them reach their goals.
